About the organisation
TheGivingMachine is a digital charity that provides new and easy ways for supporters, causes and businesses to raise money together. They support any UK-based good cause, no matter how big or small.
We've worked with TheGivingMachine for over 10 years, initially on mobile app development and then on a major website rebuild and ongoing platform development. It's one of our longest-standing partnerships.
The challenge
TheGivingMachine had evolved significantly since their original website was built. What started as a single service had grown into multiple offerings, and the website no longer reflected what the charity had become. They needed a rebuild that reorganised the content, improved the user experience and made it easier for supporters to understand and engage with the platform.
As a charity with limited resources, they needed a partner they could trust to understand what they were trying to achieve and deliver it on time and on budget.

TheGivingMachine now has a website that clearly communicates what they do and makes it easy for supporters to get involved. The redesign helped secure several new business development opportunities. And the relationship continues, with ongoing development and support keeping the platform current as the charity grows.
