About Patient on the Go
Patient on the Go is building a platform that lets patients record, manage and export their medical history, making it available to any doctor they visit. The concept targets both the UK, where health records are fragmented across GP systems, and developing countries where healthcare infrastructure makes centralised records impractical.
We were brought in to run a full discovery phase, design the product and build the website to support the funding journey.
What we did
Discovery
A comprehensive discovery phase covering user research, stakeholder analysis, market positioning and feature identification. We mapped the user journeys for patients, healthcare professionals and administrators to understand what each audience needed from the platform.
Design and Prototyping
UX design, wireframing and interactive prototyping. The prototype gave Patient on the Go a tangible product to demonstrate to potential investors and partners, showing how the platform would work before any development investment.
Website
A public-facing website to support the funding and awareness journey. Clear positioning, professional design and content that communicates the vision to investors, healthcare professionals and potential partners.

The outcome
Patient on the Go now has a well-researched product concept, a tested prototype and a professional website to support their funding efforts. The discovery work gave them the clarity and evidence they need to approach investors with confidence, and the prototype demonstrates a credible, thought-through product rather than just an idea.
We continue to work with the team as they pursue funding and prepare for development.
