About Clear Insurance
Clear Insurance Management is a rapidly growing insurance company, expanding through acquisition. As they acquire businesses in different insurance sectors, each new brand needs its own website while maintaining consistency and efficiency across the group.
They needed a platform approach: a common codebase that could support multiple branded sites, each one distinct but all sharing the same underlying architecture. And they needed a partner who could spin up new sites quickly as acquisitions completed.
The Challenge
Every acquisition brings a new brand, a new audience and a new set of content. But building a completely separate website for each one would be expensive, slow to maintain and impossible to keep consistent. Clear needed a way to launch new sites rapidly without duplicating effort or creating technical debt across half a dozen independent codebases.

What We Built
We built a shared Umbraco platform with a common codebase. Each time Clear acquires a new business, we create a new site on the platform, specifically branded as a sub-brand of Clear Insurance Group. Because the architecture is shared, new sites can be launched quickly with minimal development overhead.
Each site has its own design, content and branding. But underneath, they share the same components, the same content model and the same deployment pipeline. Updates and improvements benefit every site, not just one.
The Outcome
Clear Insurance now has a platform that scales with their acquisition strategy. Six sites and counting, each one launched faster than the last. The shared approach means lower maintenance costs, consistent quality and the confidence that their digital presence can keep pace with their growth.
