We start by understanding your business, your users and the problem you're solving. We challenge assumptions, explore alternatives and define what success looks like.
We design the user experience and visual identity. Everything is prototyped and tested before development starts. You see and interact with your product before code is written.
Platform choices, infrastructure, integrations, security, data architecture. This is where decisions get made that determine whether your product scales or falls over at 10,000 users.
Development is iterative. You see working software regularly, not just at the end. The product evolves through the build, not just before it.
Launch isn't the finish line. We provide ongoing support, monitoring and iteration. Most of our products grow significantly after their first release.
It depends on complexity, but most first versions take 3-6 months from discovery to launch. We'd rather get something real in front of users quickly and iterate than spend a year building in isolation.
That's how most of our product work starts. Discovery is where we turn an idea into a plan. You don't need wireframes or a technical brief to have a conversation with us.
Most of our clients stay with us. Products need monitoring, bug fixes, performance tuning and new features based on real user feedback. We build products as if we're going to maintain them, because we usually do.
