About the organisation
TTP Network is a community-driven organisation supporting individuals affected by Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP), a rare blood disorder. Their website serves as a vital resource for sharing information, raising awareness, and connecting members of the community. However, their existing platform was difficult to manage, lacked cohesion, and did not effectively support their long-term goals.
The challenge
TTP Network needed a website that provided a seamless and engaging experience for visitors, volunteers, and paid subscribers. Their existing site was fragmented, making it difficult for users to find key information and resources. Additionally, managing and updating content was complex for administrators. The organisation required a centralised, user-friendly platform that improved visitor experience, encouraged engagement, and facilitated donations.
The approach

The improved navigation and clear layout have enhanced engagement, while the new donation functionality has made it easier for supporters to contribute.
